A Dedicated Jacksonville Family Lawyer

Upon graduating from the University of Miami School of Law in 2005, Laura began working as prosecuting attorney in Miami-Dade County. In 2006, desiring a more client-centered practice, Laura shifted her focus to marital and family law. Since then, Laura has had the opportunity to gain significant practice experience in South, Central and North Florida. In May 2013, Laura opened her solo practice with a renewed dedication to families in transition.

Laura

Laura particularly enjoys handling cases involving children’s issues, such as parental responsibility, timesharing, relocation and child support, and is able to call upon her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Swarthmore College to better understand the challenges facing her clients and their children. Laura is also trained in
Collaborative Divorce, a process centered on principles of respect, transparency, negotiation and a commitment by the parties to keep their case out of court.
